In order to minimize your chances of becoming a victim of theft from your vehicle, please follow these guidelines:
1. Lock your vehicle when leaving it unattended.
2. Don't leave any electronic equipment in plain view, such as phones, ipads, gps devices etc...
3. Don't leave purses or wallets in plain view.
4. Don't leave bulk packages in plain view. Store them in the trunk.
If you notice any suspicious individuals loitering around vehicles in the Los Angeles County Parks please contact the Sheriff’s Department at 213-974-8000 as soon as possible.
