Affirmative Action Compliance County employees or applicants for County employment who feel discriminated against may file a complaint with the Affirmative Action Compliance Office.
Changes in Loan Payments Will Affect Take-Home Pay As a result of the new payroll system coming in April, employees with a Horizons and/or Savings Plan loan must decide whether they want their payroll deduction to be semi-monthly or monthly. The decision will affect take-home pay. Employees must file a form stating their preference.
Civil Service Commision The Civil Service Commission hears appeals of major disciplinary actions, discharges, reductions, suspensions in excess of five days, discrimination complaints, and scored portions of examinations filed by County employees.
