(Helmet Cam Video) LASD Helicopter Rescue of Injured Botanist on San Clemente Island 60 miles off the coast
A botanist working on a project on remote San Clemente Island fell down a steep ravine. Suffering from a serious leg injury, the victim could not move from his position. He was rescued and transported to a mainland hospital by Sheriff’s Department Air Rescue personnel.
